Sophie L. Harding-Fox obtained her BSc in Biological Sciences from the University of East Anglia in 2016. After graduating, she worked as a scientist at Charles River Laboratories where she developed assays and ran high throughput screens to identify hit compounds for the treatment of a range of different diseases. Following this, Sophie started her PhD in 2020 at Anglia Ruskin University, where she investigated the mechanism of action of antifibrotic drugs. Sophie passed her PhD viva in February 2024 and is now working as a researcher at the university in the Fibrosis Research Group.
