Dealing with large packaging in algorithms using the French health reimbursement data system (SNDS) database

For diabetes, to obtain table 2 from table 1, we changed for 18 CIP codes with the Y value instead of N value for PHA_GRD_CND (number of units): acarbose (270), glibenclamide (180), gliclazide (180) and repaglinide (270). For the 26 PHA_GRD_CND NA rows with more than 84 units, we put N for tolbutamide (100), carbutamide (100), glibenclamide (100), associations of metformine with glibenclamide, pioglitazone or rosiglitazone (90 to 360) and Y for rosiglitazone (84, 90, 168, 180), pioglitazone
