D. Jonathan Yuin-Han Loh is Research Director at the Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology and Professor (Adj) at the National University of Singapore. His research investigates the mechanisms governing cell fate transitions during somatic cell reprogramming and early embryonic development, with emphasis on how the interaction of epigenetic factors with regulatory elements orchestrates gene expression. His group has pioneered multimodal single-cell technologies designed to comprehensively probe the transcriptome, epigenome, and epitranscriptome.
