HA-Ag-PLGA@Apa NPs demonstrated a synergistic effect in tumor eradication with favorable targeting abilities, and can effectively induce ferroptosis in gastric cancer cells through PI3K/Akt signaling pathway, and the ferroptosis indexes studied in our research also have implications in clinical gastric cancer tissues.
